The National Cancer Plan for England: delivering world class cancer care - UKAOS Position Statement

Dear UKAOS members,

UKAOS have read and considered the National Cancer Plan for England: delivering world class cancer care and have written a position statement to confirm that the society remains committed to driving forward Acute Oncology as a distinct subspeciality within the broader Supportive Oncology framework highlighted by the Cancer Plan.

We will be working in partnership on the RCP-led Coalition – Drafting national Acute & Supportive Care Quality Indicators as part of the 10 Year Cancer Plan commitment.
