The UK Acute Oncology Society is a multidisciplinary group of health professionals committed to the development and delivery of Acute Oncology services across the UK.
Our Mission - To ensure that the acute needs of cancer patients are recognised, assessed, and managed at the right time and in the right place by the appropriate team.
Our Vision - To support the development of a multidisciplinary health care workforce that can fulfil their role in the acute oncology patient pathway,ensuring that patients receive the best care possible.
We will achieve this through collaboration,education, and information sharing.
