Please see link below for the questionnaire from the UKAOS Toxicity Subgroup.The aim of this questionnaire is to better understand the current challenges and knowledge gaps related to the identification and management of toxicities associated with Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and Radiotherapy (RT).

Your responses will help inform future training,support resources and service improvements to enhance patient care.
